Retreats Down Under Returns and Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Downloadable Content (DLC)

1.1 Non-Refundable Policy

All sales of downloadable content (DLC) are final. Due to the nature of digital products, once the content has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for downloadable content.

1.2 Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. For example, under Australian Consumer Law, you may have certain consumer guarantees, including a guarantee that the content is of acceptable quality and fit for purpose. If you believe there is an issue with the downloadable content that may affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at connect@retreatsdownunder.com.au.

1.3 Support

If you encounter any issues with your downloaded content or believe it does not meet the consumer guarantees, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will assist you in resolving the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Tangible Products

2.1 Return Eligibility

Tangible products purchased from Retreats Down Under can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition. Please retain your receipt or proof of purchase.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, including but not limited to opened or used products, personalized items, and perishable goods, are non-returnable.

2.3 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at connect@retreatsdownunder.com.au. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or not as described.

2.4 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

2.5 Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a tangible product for a different size or item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt. Exchanges are subject to availability.

3. Health & Wellness Retreat Services

3.1 Cancellations

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a retreat, you will receive a full refund of any payments made. We are not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to the cancellation, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

4. Cancellation Fees for Accommodation Booked Direct with Retreats Down Under

4.1 Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy applies to both whole and partial cancellations of bookings.

  • For a booking cancelled within 30 days of your stay, 50% of the rental is charged and retained.

  • For a booking cancelled 7 days or less prior to your stay, the total rental is retained.

4.2 Refund Process

Refunds for cancellations will be processed based on the above cancellation fees. If a cancellation qualifies for a refund, it will be issued to the original payment method within a specified number of days after the cancellation is confirmed. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
